The breakfast was nice and healthy, and the shower was great. The location was key, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Another advantage was the helpful and friendly staff.
The windows didn't close properly and the room was a bit noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the internal entrance to the office had a dangerous step that caused my wife to trip and injure herself.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the exceptional staff who were incredibly kind and helpful. They provided us with great local tips and even allowed us to leave our bags for free when we went out for the day. the room was comfortable and the shower was amazing, with excellent water pressure. the location was perfect as it was just a short walk from the central drop-off area and a big supermarket.
That some guests would leave early in the morning to visit Torres del Paine National Park, so there was some noise from people waking up and leaving around 6:30 am. this didn't bother us too much as we were also planning to visit the park and it's understandable that people want to make an early start.
